QualificationsRequired:Understanding and knowledge-base of the Health & Human Services policy guidance and approval processes.Demonstrated experience functioning as an integrator between business & operational needs and technology solutions; with accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and the management of day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels.Minimum of 2 years big consulting firm and/or industry experience- consulting to OR working at a State or Local Government client/industry setting.Bachelor's Degree.Up to 80% travel required.Preferred:Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.Specific experience within Child Services, Integrated Eligibility, Unemployment/Workforce Solutions.Grants and Funds experience#LI:PTY
