In this role you will: Ensure each customer receives excellent customer service and an enjoyable customer experience Answer inbound customer service calls Assist in mentoring and training new staff Use active listening and provided tools to determine what outcome would best benefit the caller Utilize sales skills and product knowledge to inform the caller of their options and guide them to the most appropriate outcome Use provided training to become an expert in your designated market/pod. Monitor call outcomes to track goals Compare plans and options, informing/educating the caller of the differences Follow Quality Assurance guidelines Maintain punctual attendance Be a part of workplace culture, work with peers to create a positive work experience Position Qualifications Entry Level! No experience needed High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent Must be comfortable with change as customer service is an ever-changing environment Understanding of good customer service practices Basic knowledge of working with computers and navigating systems Ability to type at least 25 WPM Excellent communication skills Available to work at least one weekend day per pay period Reliable transportation
