The main responsibility of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative is to provide a superior customer experience in both English and Spanish using sound decision-making skills in a team environment with minimal supervision or guidance by providing:
Account, Order and Other Information
Open Order Management
Customer service focused
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish is mandatory
Language mastery must be sufficient to perform all of the job responsibilities in English and Spanish
Very good time management skills and ability to multi-task
Eagerness to learn with interest and enthusiasm.
Proficiency in various computer applications, especially MS Office, as well as demonstrated ability to learn and master new systems and tools.
Associates degree or some college coursework
Experience in apparel, consumer packaged goods, wholesale food distribution or similar industry preferred but not required
The Customer Service Department operates from 7 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday and 8 pm to 8:30 pm Saturday and Sunday. Available shifts are:
- Weekend Shifts – 8 am to 8:30 pm Saturday, Sunday and Monday
Experience in International Customer Service or Logistics is not required but positions a bilingual CSR for potential development into the International Customer Service team. International Customer Service Representatives perform additional activities in the area of:
