Responsibilities of the Jr. Recruiter include, but are not limited to:

  • Works closely with the recruiting team in all aspects of screening and onboarding process
  • Locate clinics to send candidates to pre-employment testing
  • Coordinate and track results for a high volume of background checks, drug tests, and physicals
  • Maintains accurate records on candidate's pre-employment screening status and provides timely updates
  • Recruit for entry level job opportunities
  • Interface with hiring managers to determine job requirements in order to build job description
  • Support incoming candidate inquiries and messages
  • Post open jobs using Applicant Tracking System, CareerBuilder, state job boards, agencies, colleges/universities, internal job board, local newspapers and other medium
  • Review and source resumes that meet job requirements
  • Call and screen potential candidates that meet job requirements
  • Coordinate onsite interviews
  • Draft and extend offer letters
  • Assist with the send out and collection of specific forms needing candidate acknowledgments
  • Keep up-to-date on company policies and procedures
  • Work on team projects and tasks assigned by Director of Talent Management


Qualifications of the Jr. Recruiter include, but are not limited to:

  • Associate's degree required
  • 1 year of previous recruiting or Human Resources office experience required
  • Ability to locate, coordinate, and process a high volume of background checks and clinics for pre-employment screening
  • Experience using employer job boards and/or an Applicant Tracking System preferred
  • Highly detail oriented with strong organization skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel required
