Job Description

A David Weekley Homes Sales Assistant's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the Community Sales Consultant in a variety of critical administrative tasks

  • Greeting and assisting prospects on behalf of the Community Sales Consultant

  • Following up with Homebuyers throughout the Home Building process

  • Working & communicating effectively with fellow team members

  • Understanding the loan process

  • Keeping the Sales office and Model home in good working order


  • Previous Sales and/or Customer Service experience

  • Strong communication skills both verbal & written

  • Great listening skills & creative problem solving abilities

  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually

  • Strong organizational skills

  • A high level of enthusiasm, as well as a high energy level


  • Ability to prioritize & multi-task

  • Must be willing & able to work weekends, as well as evenings

*The Sales Associate position is intended to last for a minimum of one year, with promotion to a Sales Consultant role being based on performance, manager evaluation & job availability.

Pay Information:

The Sales Associate position is intended as a learning opportunity for an entry-level employee. We pay a Base Salary plus bonuses for sales this person assists with.
