Title Transportation Planner

Kimley-Horn's transportation/traffic engineering team is looking for an entry-level transportation planning graduate to join our Fort Worth, TX office. Interested candidates must have a willingness to perform general transportation planning and analysis

tasks supporting various project managers as required.

Position Requirements

  • Have or in process of completing within the next 6 months a BS or MS degree in the field of Transportation Planning or related major

  • Previous internship experience

  • 0-1 year of relevant experience

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

  • Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines

  • Detail-oriented team player with a ability to contribute to a positive work environment

  • Some travel may be required (approximately 10%)

Min. Experience Entry-level

Min. Education Level Bachelor's Degree

Required Major Any Relevant Major

Desired Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of AutoCad, Synchro, and/or other transportation and traffic software programs

  • Participation in professional societies

  • Applicable internship experience
